The China-Malaysia 50th Year Diplomatic Relations Golf Series 2024 continues to make waves as it heads into its second series event, set against the lush, scenic backdrop of Impian Golf & Country Club.
The first series garnered extensive media attention, with coverage highlighting the unique format, the diplomatic significance of the event, and the high level of competition.
As we gear up for the second series at Impian Golf & Country Club, we remain committed to fostering a spirit of unity and friendship between China and Malaysia through the love of golf. This event is more than just a tournament; it’s a celebration of our shared history and the enduring bonds between our nations.
Teams from China and Malaysia will compete head-to-head in a thrilling match play format, where strategy and teamwork are paramount. Each team’s total score will be determined hole by hole, adding an extra layer of excitement to the competition.
In addition to the team competition, golfers will also vie for top honors in the individual stroke play categories, including Gross Score, Medal A (Net Handicap 1-18), and Medal B (Net Handicap 19 and above). Special recognition will be given to the Best Lady Player, celebrating excellence in women’s golf.
Unique to our tournament, each of the 18 holes will feature a novelty challenge, offering players the chance to win fantastic prizes while adding an element of fun and creativity to their rounds.
